It was a bye week for the LSU women’s basketball team, and with the Tigers out of action this week, they unsurprisingly didn’t see movement in the AP Top 25.
They’re holding firm at No. 13 for the third week in a row. They currently rank second in the SEC and have won their last three games, most recently a victory over Alabama.
There was some movement above the Tigers in the top 15, but the top six remains unchanged as undefeated South Carolina received unanimous first-place votes once again.
Coach Kim Mulkey’s team will return to the court on Monday night for its first game in eight days. The Tigers are traveling to face Texas A&M, a team it has already defeated this season.
