NL WEST
Dodgers: -20000 (bet $10 to win $10.05 total)
Diamondbacks: +6000 (bet $10 to win $610 total)
Padres: +6500 (bet $10 to win $660 total)
Giants: +25000 (bet $10 to win $2,510 total)
Rockies: +30000 (bet $10 to win $3,010 total)
WHAT TO KNOW: It’s the Dodgers’ to lose again — but losing has become a recent habit for the defending champions, with L.A. in the midst of a seven-game losing streak. Still, the Dodgers maintain a big lead in the division and they did acquire two-time reigning Cy Young award winner Tarik Skubal at the trade deadline. He lost his first start in blue.
NL EAST
Braves: -2000 (bet $10 to win $10.50 total)
Phillies: +750 (bet $10 to win $85 total)
Marlins: +12000 (bet $10 to win $1,210 total)
Nationals: +20000 (bet $10 to win $2,010 total)
Mets: +25000 (bet $10 to win $2,510 total)
WHAT TO KNOW: The Mets last won the division in 2015, and they opened the season as the +140 favorite. However, they are currently last in the division, mostly due to a 12-game losing streak back in April and a 2-12 stretch in June and July. Atlanta, meanwhile, has the second-best record in baseball and is one of four teams with a run-differential greater than 100.
NL CENTRAL
Brewers: -340 (bet $10 to win $12.94 total)
Cubs: +230 (bet $10 to win $33 total)
Pirates: +25000 (bet $10 to win $2,510 total)
Cardinals: +25000 (bet $10 to win $2,510 total)
Reds: +25000 (bet $10 to win $2,510 total)
WHAT TO KNOW: Milwaukee has won four of the last five, and the Cubs last won it in 2020. The Brewers defeated the Cubs in the NLDS last season before losing to the Dodgers in the NLCS. It stands as Milwaukee’s only postseason series win during that span of four division titles in five years. The Cubs opened the season as the +115 favorite to win the NL Central, but Milwaukee currently has the best record in baseball.
AL WEST
Astros: -105 (bet $10 to win $19.52 total)
Rangers: +200 (bet $10 to win $30 total)
Mariners: +320 (bet $10 to win $42 total)
Athletics: +25000 (bet $10 to win $2,510 total)
Angels: +25000 (bet $10 to win $2,510 total)
WHAT TO KNOW: The Mariners will look to make it two straight, having captured their first division title since 2001 in 2025. The winner of the AL West has won at least one playoff series every year dating back to 2017, except in 2024. Houston has won seven of the last nine AL West titles. Seattle opened the season as the +100 favorite, but the Astros are 13-3 in their last 16.
AL EAST
Rays: -150 (bet $10 to win $16.67 total)
Yankees: +285 (bet $10 to win $38.50 total)
Red Sox: +350 (bet $10 to win $45 total)
Orioles: +20000 (bet $10 to win $2,010 total)
Blue Jays: +30000 (bet $10 to win $3,010 total)
WHAT TO KNOW: The Rays have been the surprise of this division, and of baseball in general. They opened as the +2500 last choice to win the AL East, but now, they have the third-best record in MLB. Tampa Bay is 11-5 against the Yankees and Red Sox combined. Meanwhile, Boston has won nine in a row and 11 of 12.
AL CENTRAL
White Sox: +115 (bet $10 to win $21.50 total)
Guardians: +230 (bet $10 to win $33 total)
Twins: +450 (bet $10 to win $55 total)
Tigers: +600 (bet $10 to win $70 total)
Royals: +30000 (bet $10 to win $3,010 total)
WHAT TO KNOW: The Guardians have won three of the last four and six of the last 10 division titles — but they are not the talk of the town. The White Sox, who finished with the second-worst record in baseball last season and the worst record in 2024, are miraculously leading the division. The AL Central has been no good this year, as the only division with just one team above .500 as of Augt. 8.
