Marquette is the only team in the Big East that hasn’t lost a league game this season.
And the team the Golden Eagles (14-2 overall, 5-0 in the Big East) face Tuesday night on the road hasn’t won a conference game in quite a long time.
The DePaul Blue Demons have lost 38 straight regular-season conference games and don’t have a win over a Big East opponent since the 2023 league tournament.
DePaul (9-8, 0-6) got off to a 7-0 start but has won just two games since. However, former Butler and Ohio State coach Chris Holtmann has already won six more games than his new team won all of last season.
