No. 4 LSU women’s basketball has won four straight games to open its Southeastern Conference slate.

The Tigers (19-0, 4-0 SEC) are off to second best start in program history after opening the season with 19 consecutive victories. They’ll look to win their 20th straight game at Florida on Sunday afternoon.

Last time LSU won its first 19 games to open a season was two seasons ago and that team went on to win an NCAA championship.

LSU hasn’t lost to Florida since Kim Mulkey took over the program, going 3-0 over the last three seasons.

This season’s Gators team runs an efficient offense, shooting 48% from the field while averaging 15 assists per game. Florida is led by freshman guard Liv McGill and senior center Ra Shaya Kyle, who post 16.1 and 15.1 points per game, respectively.
