Georgia women’s basketball (3-1) heads out on the road for the first time this season, beginning in Atlanta at another in-state rival: Georgia Tech (3-0).

The Lady Bulldogs dropped their first game of the season to Georgia State on Thursday despite hard efforts from senior guards Asia Avinger and De’Mauri Flournoy.

Fatima Diakhate is back and playing again after suffering an injury that kept her out of games 1-3, but there is still no word on Mia Woolfolk, Nyah Leveretter and Savannah Henderson.
