The No. 5 Vols (11-4, 1-1 SEC) face the Bulldogs (12-3, 2-0) on Saturday (noon ET, ESPN2) in Athens, Georgia. UT is chasing a road win after falling 77-72 at Mississippi State on Wednesday, its second straight road loss. It lost at North Carolina on Nov. 29.
Georgia is off to a 2-0 start in SEC with wins at Missouri and against Arkansas.
