Snuggerud, Dvorsky Score Goals This Weekend That Have Blues Fans Salivating

by

Jimmy Snuggerud and Dalibor Dvorsky aren’t playing in the NHL yet for the St. Louis Blues, but the fan base is counting down the days.

And scoring goals like each did the past two nights only accelerates a fan base’s anxiety.

First it was Snuggerud, a first-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft, with a beauty of a goal for the University of Minnesota on Friday, a high slot wrister bar down in a 6-0 win against the University of Michigan:

And on Saturday, Dvorsky, the 10th overall pick in 2023, turned a 2-on-1 drag into the slot and score for Springfield of the American Hockey League in a 2-1 overtime win against Rockford:

Snuggerud has 22 points (nine goals, 13 assists) in 18 games for the Golden Gophers, and Dvorsky now is up to 18 points (10 goals, eight assists) in 22 games for the Thunderbirds.

Each forward continues to make strong strides towards their path to getting to the NHL.
