The Oklahoma State women’s basketball team split a pair of Big 12 games last week.
OSU (12-2, 2-1 Big 12) earned an 84-61 road win over No. 24-ranked Baylor on Wednesday. It then suffered a 75-66 home loss to Kansas on Saturday.

Jan. 1: Oklahoma State 84, Baylor 61
Oklahoma State earned a dominant road win over Baylor on Wednesday. Five players scored double-digit points for the Cowgirls, and Tenin Magassa led the way with a game-high 16 points. OSU also held Baylor to 24-for-74 shooting from the field (5 for 21 from deep). It marked the largest loss by the Bears since Feb. 13, 2010.
Jan. 4: Kansas 75, Oklahoma State 66
Oklahoma State snapped a five-game win streak with its home loss to Kansas on Saturday. Stailee Heard scored 24 points on 8-for-15 shooting from the field (3 for 4 from deep), but the rest of the team only went 12 for 40 from the field (1 for 16 from deep). The Cowgirls also had no answer for Jayhawks guard S’Mya Nichols, who racked up a game-high 27 points.
