Oklahoma State basketball holds off Miami in Charleston Classic

Bryce Thompson scored a team-high 17 points to lead the Oklahoma State men’s basketball team to an 80-74 win over Miami in the Charleston Classic on Friday.

Marchelus Avery added 15 points and eight rebounds for the Cowboys (4-1).

Nijel Pack led the Hurricanes (3-2) with 20 points.

OSU will face the winner of the VCU-Nevada game at 2 p.m. CST Sunday in the third-place game.
