The Notre Dame women’s basketball tipoff against Wake Forest on Thursday, Jan. 9, has been moved up to 5 p.m. (ET). Notre Dame released the news in a statement early Sunday evening.
The game was originally scheduled for 7 p.m., but it has been moved to an earlier time due to Notre Dame football’s Orange Bowl College Football Playoff game against Penn State, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m in Miami Gardens, Fla.

Gates will open at 4 p.m. All tickets are still valid for this game and will automatically update with the newly scheduled time.
Before the No. 3-ranked Irish (11-2, 2-0 ACC) take on Wake Forest (7-6, 0-2) on Thursday, Notre Dame travels to Chapel Hill, N.C., on Sunday to play No. 17-ranked North Carolina (13-2, 1-1).
