3-pointers: FSU enters Thursday’s key game vs. Boston College winners of five of their last six. Latson, just a sophomore, already has four games in her career with 13 or more made field goals…FSU has clinched its 10th consecutive winning season in ACC play, showing a 10-5 conference record and in sole possession of fifth place in the ACC. Since the 2014-15 season, the Seminoles have had a winning conference record in each season.
What FSU needs to do to win: Florida State Women’s Basketball and Boston College meet for the 22nd time on Thursday night at 6 p.m. at the Donald L. Tucker Center. A double-double against the Eagles (11-16, 3-11) would tie for the longest streak in school history with former player Cherry Rivers (1978-79 season)…Timpson and fifth-year guard Sara Bejedi will each be recognized prior to Thursday’s game after surpassing the 1,000-point marks in their careers. Both players reached the milestone in FSU’s 71-63 win at Wake Forest last Thursday.
