PEORIA — The Bradley Braves are hosting the Indiana State Sycamores in a Missouri Valley Conference men’s basketball game tonight at Carver Arena.
The Braves are off to one of the best starts in their program history at 14-3 overall, and 5-1 in conference play. They hold down the top spot in the Valley race. Indiana State is 9-8 (3-3) and getting back on the floor after an 84-79 loss at home to Belmont on Saturday.
The Braves escaped UIC with a 61-60 road win Saturday on a game-winning 3-pointer from Duke Deen with 2.4 seconds left. They had a New Year’s Day road win against Indiana State, 90-89, in overtime at Terre Haute.
