After the recent NHL 25 roster update we wanted to post a complete list of all players in the game with Superstar Abilities.
Superstar Abilities are not as strong as X-Factors, they are more situational and activate when in a situation that corresponds to the ability the player has.
There are 54 different abilities in the game, 124 total players have Superstar Abilities.

The Seattle Kraken lead the way with eight players, the Minnesota Wild have seven, while the Detroit Red Wings and Los Angles Kings have six.
The Calgary Flames, Chicago Blackhawks, and Vegas Golden Knights have five.
Superstar Abilties are active in all modes except HUT, which has a a different ability activation (AP) system. Players can choose their own abilities in EASHL.
