Two-time Olympic medallist Michelle Kroppen added another milestone to her archery career on 5 November, signing the Olympian Wall during a visit to Olympic House in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The German archer, who stayed in the Olympic capital following the Swiss Open 2026, visited the headquarters of the International Olympic Committee accompanied by Spanish compound archer Andrea Muñoz.
Kroppen has represented Germany at two editions of the Olympic Games, winning a bronze medal in the women’s team event at Tokyo 2020 before adding mixed team silver alongside Florian Unruh at Paris 2024.
Her Olympic achievements are part of an international career that also includes the women’s team world title at the 2023 Hyundai World Archery Championships in Berlin, as well as several European championship medals.
The Olympian Wall is a living record of Olympic history, featuring the signatures of thousands of athletes from different generations, editions of the Olympic Games and regions of the world.
Kroppen is the latest archer to add her name to the wall. Earlier this year, Mexican Olympians Alejandra Valencia, Ana Paula Vazquez and Angela Ruiz signed it during a visit to Olympic House, followed more recently by three-time Olympian Juan René Serrano in October.
