World Archery Knowledge Sharing communications programme expands around the world

by

Athletes and officials from the Bhutan Archery Federation have been taking part in a funded Knowledge Sharing programme designed to develop digital communications skills for member associations.

The programme is tailored to each federation over multiple online sessions and covers strategy, social media, websites, platforms and software, imagery & graphics, video & reels, covering events, comms for fundraising and the use of AI.

The sessions are delivered by an expert with many years’ experience in the field, and include direct tuition, interactive sessions, and coursework. It includes follow-up calls extending the programme and building a long-term framework to deliver quality communications.

It is particularly suited for smaller federations without a dedicated comms person or those who require volunteers to be trained.

Another programme is getting underway with the US Virgin Islands member association.
