PITTSBURGH – The University of Pittsburgh has signed redshirt sophomore wide receiver Cataurus “Blue” Hicks to its football program.
Hicks spent the past two seasons at Louisville, playing in 14 career games and totaling 13 receptions for 160 yards. His most productive season for the Cardinals came in 2024, when he played in 12 contests and recorded 12 receptions for 149 yards. He posted season highs of six catches for 63 yards against Pitt Nov. 23.
The 5-foot-10, 180-pounder is a native of Miami. He graduated from Miami Central High School.
Hicks is Pitt’s 12th transfer student-athlete to be added to its spring roster, including three wide receivers.
