Holiday travel or hustle and bustle got you on the go?  Having access to high protein snacks can be a challenge.  Protein helps keep your energy levels up and muscle recovery. Try some of these grab and go, high protein snacks – great for the car, the plane, or your swim bag.  And if you’re allergic to nuts like me… I’ve added in some nut-free snacks!

Justin’s Classic Peanut Butter Squeeze Packs
These single-serve packs of Justin’s Peanut Butter offer 6 grams of protein each and are perfect for on-the-go snacking. Pair with apple slices or whole-grain crackers for a balanced snack. Or try Almond Butter !  This is a favorite snack for after practice or meets.
