The Huskers returned home Friday night following a massive 89-52 fall at Michigan State last Saturday. Nebraska faced off against another Big Ten foe, the Indiana Hoosiers. The Huskers bounced back from their loss, trampling the Hoosiers 85-68.
Though Indiana trailed 68-67 entering the final seven minutes, Nebraska took off from there, going on a 17-1 run to put the game away. The Huskers finished with a massive outing in shooting, going 30-of-49. The Hoosiers only shot 23-of-65.
Brice Williams once again put together a career-night to lead Nebraska to victory. Williams delivered 30 points on the night, going 10-of-15 in total shooting and 8-of-11 from the free-throw line. He also led the Huskers in rebounds (6) and assists (5).
Juwan Gary finished with 14 points, Connor Essegian dropped 13 points and Andrew Morgan also cracked double-digits with 10 points.
Nebraska improves to 7-2 on the season and will travel to Hawaii for the Diamond Head Classic. The tournament is set to begin for the Huskers on Dec. 22 against Murray State. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. on ESPN.
